Overview
The Southern Tagalog Feed Millers Association, Inc. (STFMAI) is a dynamic organization of feedmillers committed to the growth and sustainability of the feed manufacturing industry in the Southern Tagalog region. The association's roots can be traced back to its original formation as the Association of Feedmillers in Southern Tagalog (AFST), composed of 25 founding members. Recognizing the need for a more structured and service-oriented entity, the group transitioned into a cooperative on February 22, 2005, under the name Batangas Feedmillers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (BFMPC). In response to evolving industry needs and for greater operational flexibility, the members opted to dissolve the cooperative on April 18, 2011, and reconstituted the group as a non-stock, non-profit association - now known as the Southern Tagalog Feed Millers Association, Inc.
